All beneficiaries who were sanctioned Social Security Pension / Welfare Fund Pension on or before 31 December 2025 are required to complete mustering through an Akshaya Centre between 17 July 2026 and 30 September 2026.

Every citizen submitting an application to the Panchayat has the right to know the status of the application and to receive the service in accordance with the prescribed procedures. At the same time, applicants are responsible for submitting the required documents and correct information along with their applications and for paying the prescribed fees, taxes and other applicable charges within the stipulated time.

Complaints and Suggestions

In case of unnecessary delay, difficulty or any other grievance in obtaining a service, citizens may approach the concerned official or the Secretary of the Grama Panchayat.
